STEAMING – Erasmus+ project online meeting

STEAMING Erasmus+ online checkpoint meeting hosted by Clare Education Centre in partnership with the Department of STEM Education at Mary Immaculate College (MIC) and educational institutions from Croatia, Norway, Portugal and the Directorate of Primary Education of Western Thessaloniki.

The active engagement of pupils in STEAM learning through the provision of professional learning, support and networking opportunities for teachers are the main goals of this project.

Presentation of the research work proposed by our school by approaching it pedagogically, instructionally and also by analyzing the technical details. An Arduino microcontroller based system has been developed to monitor environmental conditions such as the ambient sound level and indoor air quality levels (CO2, TVOC gasses).

Παρουσίαση της ερευνητικής εργασίας που προτείνει το σχολείο μας και του συστήματος που υλοποιήθηκε για την παρακολούθηση των περιβαλλοντικών συνθηκών σε διάφορα σημεία στο σχολείο με έναν μικροελεγκτή Arduino. Οι μετρήσεις αφορούν στον περιβαλλοντικό θόρυβο, καθώς και στην ποιότητα του αέρα σε εσωτερικό χώρο.
