Video Summary of our Experience in Rakek Conference – Jun2017

The trip to Slovenia was a unique experience for both pupils and teachers. During the visit pupils had the opportunity to visit a local school, meet pupils their age and successfully use the English language in order to communicate, present their projects, take part in activities and get to know people from different countries and cultures. Μελετώντας και Εξερευνώντας το Μικρόκοσμο μέσα από τα Μικροσκόπια

Στις 16 Μαϊου, μαθητές της 5ης και της 6ης τάξης επισκέφτηκαν τα Κέντρα Φυσικών Επιστημών Δ.Θεσσαλονίκης, στον Εύοσμο. Σκοπός τους ήταν να μάθουν για τα μικροσκόπια, τον τρόπο λειτουργίας τους, να κάνουν τους πειραματισμούς τους χρησιμοποιώντας μικροσκοπικά υλικά και να εξάγουν τα δικά τους συμπεράσματα έχοντας παρατηρήσει τον Μικρόκοσμο. Η επίσκεψη πραγματοποιήθηκε στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και του επικείμενου συνεδρίου στη Σλοβενία στο τέλος Μαϊου, του οποίου η θεματική έχει τίτλο "Art under Microscope". Να σημειωθεί πως κάποια από αυτά τα μικροσκόπια ήρθαν στο σχολείο μας, έτσι ώστε οι μαθητές να εργαστούν με αυτά και να δημιουργήσουν τα έργα…

Studying and Exploring the Microcosm under the Microscopes

On May 16th, students of the 5th and 6the Grade of our school visited the Natural Sciences - Physics Labs Center in Evosmos Thessaloniki. They learned about the microscopes, how they work and made their own experiments with some microscopic materials. This visit took place under the topic "Art under Microscope" of the Erasmus+ project STEMART. You can see below photos of the visit.

9ο Μαθητικό Συνέδριο Πληροφορικής Κ.Μακεδονίας

Στις 26 Απριλίου 2017 το σχολείο μας συμμετείχε στις εργασίες του 9ου Μαθητικού Συνεδρίου Πληροφορικής Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας με την παρουσίαση μιας ερευνητικής εργασίας στην κεντρική σκηνή του Συνεδρίου math-syn-pli.gr/. Το συνέδριο διεξήχθη στο Νόησις. Οι μαθητές μας παρουσίασαν την εργασία τους με τίτλο "Stop Motion Animation με το Edumotion". Οι μαθητές μας έμειναν ενθουσιασμένοι από την διοργάνωση και την εμπειρία της συμμετοχής και παρουσίασης. Μπορείτε να παρακολουθήσετε το βίντεο της παρουσίασης εδώ. 9th Computer Science Conference of Central Macedonia for Students

On April 26th, our school participated with a conference paper as an oral presentation at the 9th Computer Science Conference of Central Macedonia for Students of Primary and Secondary Education math-syn-pli.gr/. The conference took place in Thessaloniki at Noesis, the Thessalonikis' Science Center and Technology Museum. Our students of 6th Grade presented a project called "Stop Motion Animation with Edumotion Software". The experience of participation was the big challenge and the profit for our students.
